- 1 large bell pepper (medium diced)
- 6-7 red skinned potatoes (medium diced)
- 2 large carrots (medium diced)
- 1 lb green beans, 1/4 inch chopped
- 1 bottle of Tasha's Ginger Garlic Curry
- Cilantro to garnish
Directions: Cook vegetables till done and add one bottle of Tasha's Ginger Garlic Curry and mix/heat well. Add chopped Cilantro to garnish.

- 2 TB Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 (15 oz) cans of black beans, drained
- 1 bottle of Tasha's Ginger Garlic Curry
Cilantro to garnish
Directions: Heat the saucepan and add Olive Oil. Add the beans and the Ginger Garlic Curry. Mix/heat well. Add Cilantro and serve over cooked basmati rice.
